Competition Class Level One

USACO is the one of most prestigious pre-college Computer Science competition in the US. Our competition level one class prepares students for the bronze/silver level contest. The course focuses on problem solving, algorithms and data structures. Algorithms covered in this course include:
Complete Search
Sorting, binary search
lower bound, upper bound
data structures, queue, stack, set, etc.
Complexity Analysis
String processing problems
Recursive Programming

Students will apply the knowledge they have learned by solving practical problems and participating in programming competitions, enhancing their programming skills and problem-solving abilities. This course will focus on the types and requirements of the USA Computing Olympiad Bronze Level competition. Students will learn different types of competition problems and improve their competition skills through simulated exams and real-world training. The course will also teach problem-solving techniques and strategies to help students achieve excellent results in the competition.
